The 'Meeting Facilitation' Service

We facilitate strategy meetings, workshops, retreats and awaydays.

Typically these meetings will involve between 2-50 people, last from 0.5 - 3 days, and will be held off-site.

The primary purpose of the meeting can vary - for example strategic planning, performance review, vision building, business planning, problem solving, team building.

Whatever the task, we work with many different types of group representing diverse stakeholder interests - boards, executive and senior management teams, project teams, joint ventures and consortia, working parties and so on.

The 'Planning Facilitation' Service

We design planning processes and facilitate key planning meetings.

We can help if you have a planning process in prospect (or underway) that needs to engage diverse stakeholder interests - both internal and external - and you need to reach some formative decisions.

These processes will typically involve a series of meetings over an elapsed time of three to six months or more depending upon the size and nature of your organisation, the range of stakeholder groups, and the issues at stake.
